I had my BTC bought and installed for 550. It's a must to have for anything over 6 psi!

The pulley, I suppose is "street legal"... where do you live? If you are talking about emissions testing, I'm not sure, but guys/gals have passed with JRSC's in pretty tough states...
There are a couple good things about the Endyn pulley. 1, it makes you go faster. 2, it's coated with some space age material that reduces belt slippage.
Yes, it is different from the Jackson pulley. But, don't get confused with the "plastic" issue... JR's "idler" pulleys were wearing out, and they were sending larger plastic replacements which wear less and the bearingts don't seize.
You want to get a plug that runs colder. The stock plug for our motors is an NGK ZFR-5F-11. I run the 6F11's in my car, and the VTEC guys run 7's. I was going to go to the 7's (due to my 9psi boost) but I pull my 6's often and they look fine.
The GSS pumps are made by Walbro, and JRCivic can hook you up w/ one. (Right Jim?)
I have 80,362 miles on my car right now, and it's running the best it ever has... I bought it with 36,000 in June 1999.
Your setup sounds good... I don't think the AEM will fit w/ cutting. I got the BTC for $300, shop around and you will get a good price.
I estimate that I'm making 10-15 horse more than I was... when Holden gets his Dyno up it's off to New York and then we'll see!
